Mr. Kruger Shoot Himself in the Head
Daniel von Bargen -- who played Mr. Kruger on Seinfeld, has shot himself in the head, and then called 911 to ask for help. Audio from the Mr.Kruger 911 call below (courtesy of TMZ):
Mr. Kruger is the head of Kruger Industrial Smoothing, for all your industrial smoothing needs.

Thirteen years after Seinfeld aired its series finale, it still hasn't lost its relevancy. Google has used a modified clip from Seinfeld that has George Costanza promoted their new Google Wallet service. Remember, a real man carries a wallet!

Jerry Seinfeld has launched JerrySeinfeld.com today. The site is pretty basic, with plans to feature short clips of Jerry Seinfeld stand up comedy bits:
I fell in love with them and I'm just as fascinated
with stand up comedy today.
When I started doing TV, I saved every appearance
on every show I did.
I thought it might be fun to go through all of it
and pick out three bits each day that still
amuse me for some reason or another.
I've also included stuff I'm doing now, and I'll be
adding new stuff as I go.
Somewhere out there are ten year olds
just waiting to get hooked on this strange pursuit.
This is for them.
I'm just hoping somehow it will keep this silliness going.

Today's three clips include one about horses. Tomorrow, all three clips feature horses ("A Horse Shaped Like A Hammock / Horse Rocket Power / A Horse Named Crazy Glue"). Is there a hidden meaning with all this horsing around?
Unfortunately, the site design does not include direct links to individual clips, so you can't send/share links to individual video clips. A bit of an oversight there. Geeks will enjoy the "Seinfeld" scene written by Clicker in which Kramer, Elaine, and George complain about the lack of direct links.
Meet the Soup Nazi in New York
Here is a flyer being circulated in New York City:
This is, of course, Larry Thomas, the actor who played the Soup Nazi, not the "real soup man", who is probably furious about the whole event, and may even take off to Argentina and never come back!
