It was the funniest thing, when I was watching the Doorman Episode that I was thinking how good the chemistry is between Jerry Seinfeld and Larry Miller and then one of the writers who is on the commentary track said exactly what I was thinking.

How about a series where Jerry's a pharmacist (and also a crime fighter) and Larry is a small town doctor(who is also a crime fighter).

Seinfeld will never do another show - he's a dad now & has no reason to work again.

Did anyone notice how Michard Richards was doing the commentary tracks on the 5th season with Jason Alexander and Julia Louis-Drefus but then later on it's only Jason and Julia and Michard is no where on the commentary tracks.

I'm sorry, I feel the Jerry Lewis symdrome in regard to Michael Richards because he is so different in real life compared to his screen persona.

I know he isn't Kramer in real life but it's just an honest impression that he is very, very different. He almost, in my opnion, acts like a big time Hollywood insider or something.

In my opinion it was just as well that Richards quit doing commentaries because in the last few ones he did, he didn't cough up a single line of interest. He did, however, say "nine o'clock, NBC" and "must-see tv" a lot. I wonder what happened there.

He seems to be a fascinating guy though. A mystery wrapped in a riddle and all that. Never attended the after-show parties, never happy with his performance. Julia mentioned somewhere, only half-jokingly, how she doesn't even know who he is.

Larry Miller is supposed to be Jerry's "best friend". I don't know how you could have a right wing jerk for a best friend.

I see on his imdb entry that he's a "contributing humorist" to The Weekly Standard. That's bad enough. But he isn't the Larry Miller who owns the Utah Jazz. That's Larry H. Miller, a Utah car dealership mogul. This Larry Miller is the guy who put the kybosh on "Brokeback Mountain" in Salt Lake City. Not my kind of movie, but I wouldn't prevent anybody else from seeing it even if I could.

No he's not that Larry Miller but they're obviously both right wing jerks.
The "doorman" Larry Miller makes great "contributions" to "humor" by writing tired opinion pieces on such subjects as Iraq and how Sadaam Hussein was just waiting for the chance to annihilate America and how George W. Bush saved us all from said fate.

All my friends are right wingers. But we're not jerks. We spend our time keeping our money away from the government and other people that want it and think they have a moral claim to it.

They believe that government which governs least governs best. The Bush response to Katrina, his, ahem, prosecution of the war in Iraq are perfect examples of how this works in real life.

They're morons who should be embarrassed to even admit they're right-wingers. What kind of person does it takes to go on TV and say "Hey! I'm a fucking retard! The retard's on... Everybody come listen to the retard!" Laughing
