When describing a date, if one touches the face,it means deception is taking place and "you gotta tell". The higher up on the face one touches, the worse the situation really is.

This is incorrect: it should read "You got a tell." gotta = have to, not have a

its not deception its how the relationship is going. the higher the face the worse the relationship is. chin: its ok, yada yada...forehead: gotta get out.
