While Kramer is posing for the artist, Nina, she asks him about Elaine in relation to Jerry (who she is dating). Kramer says how they were once a big thing, "like Abe Lincoln and Mary Todd".

She asks Kramer if, like Jerry and Elaine, he is still friendly with his ex-girlfriends and Kramer stammers "well, um, I have a lot of relationships..."
