How many times have one of the gang, after being prodded into doing something they didn't want to do, broken down and given in with an, "ALLLLRIGHT!!"? Jerry, Newman, Elaine, and George for sure. Kramer?

I'll start with one. Jerry gives one out after finally convinced by Kramer to give Alec Berg his "next-day thank you" for the hockey tickets.

Another episode where Jerry says it is in "The Pothole". After he loans Elaine his car to haul her trash, he lets one go while telling his g/f how it was his last germ-free sanctuary.

strange, i thought about putting this same topic up yesterday. no one delivers an 'alright!' the way jerry does.

it's also great when he gives one of his more subdued, too-frustrated-to-even-shout-it 'alright's, like the one he gives bania in 'the secretary.'

Jerry: I need a dry-cleaning ticket that's in the pocket of those pants.
Bania: Well all you gotta do is tell Kramer to gvie me my money back, and you'll get your ticket.
Jerry: Yeah. Yeah, alright. Well, uh, I'll tell you what I will do, Bania. You give me the ticket, and uh, I will take you out for a nice dinner.
Bania: Wanna go back to Mendy's?
Jerry: You wanna go to Mendy's, I'll take you to Mendy's.
Bania:

Bania: Twice. I wanna go twice.
Jerry: Alright, let's be reasonable, Bania. I'm taking you out for a nice dinner. All I want is a little ticket out of that pocket. I think that's a pretty good deal!
Bania: Two Mendy's.
Jerry: Alright!

Newman says it in the finale after Jerry denies his request to go along in the jet.

"All right! But hear me and hear me well - The day will come. Oh yes, mark my words, Seinfeld - your day of reckoning is coming. When an evil wind will blow through your little playworld, and wipe that smug smile off your face. And I'll be there, in all my glory, watching - watching as it all comes crumbling down"

Newman: Alright. Alright, you go ahead, you keep it secret, but you remember this. When you control the mail, you control... information!

First, another Newman:

Kramer - We're betting on arrivals and departures. I'm down $3200, so I've gotta get some cash.
Newman - I don't have that kinda dough.
Kramer - Yes you do.
Newman - Oh no, not the bag!
Kramer - C'mon man, I'm desparate!
Newman - Alright, alright.

And, another by Jerry that is more light-hearted:

Sandos Brother - How would you like to help out with our next trick?
Jerry - No, I don't think so.
Sandos Brother - Please, give to me your jacket.
Jerry - My jacket?
Sandos Brother - What do you say ladies and gentlemen? (they clap)
Sandos Brother - You cannot argue with that.
Susan - C'mon, Jerry.
George - Give him the jacket, Jerry.
Jerry - Alright.

I love(one of my favorite Seinfeld moments) when Kramer and Jerry are yelling at eachother during 'The Masseuse'.

They both yell "YEEEEAAAAAA" at the end.. Hillarious!

Seinfeld is the best show ever. Unbelieveable how its still so entertaining after seeing every episode about 20 times (probably more). I have the unofficial 23 disc set. It's changed my life.

What I loved is in the HBO thing "I'm telling you for the last time" At the beginning they have the scene with a bunch of comedians and stuff and it ends with a kid trying to convince jerry to do his old act one last time. So, of course, Jerry gives an, "Alright!" just like in Seinfeld. When he did that I laughed so hard and I think perhaps a single tear caught in my eye remembering the good old Seinfeld days...

Jerry gives a big allright when cajoled by Lois to race Duncan Meyer again in The Race.
LOIS:Why don't the two of you just race again?

DUNCAN: That's a good idea.

JERRY: No, no, no, another race - out of the question.

DUNCAN: I know, you've been saying that for twenty years because you know you can't beat me. You couldn't beat me then and you can't beat me now.

LOIS: Race him Jerry. Race him.

JERRY: All right! I'll do it. The race is on.

Kramer and Newman are arguing about who's going to tell the Keith Hernandez story when Kramer finally capitulates with an "Alright you tell it"

In The Dealership, Jerry calls Elaine to convince her to reconcile with Puddy so he can get the "insider deal".

Jerry - You gotta take Puddy back so I can make this deal.

Elaine - Will you pay for my cab fare?

Jerry - OK, fine.

Elaine - And I didn’t like that roast beef, so I want some lunch.

Jerry - No lunch.

Elaine - I’ll hang this phone up right now.

Jerry - ALRIGHT! Lunch!
