Alright, who bought the Bee Movie DVD?

I was going through Fry's Electronics in Manhattan Beach and had to buy it!

There are special features on it I'd like to see.

Why isn't there a Blu-Ray release yet?

I understand that the latest, what do you call them now ... they're not cartoons ..
animated features I guess are some of the best looking Home Video. I guess I could just say Blu-Ray, right, since HD-DVD died.
Someone explained it to me it has to do with renduring ... the closer to the best film copy, the better the resolution at home, duh, right?

Bottom line, unless you say I'm waiting for Blu-Ray you should be asshamed of yourself if haven't bought Bee Movie yet!

Well, I'm no film expert... but it seems a bit obvious that anything transferred directly from a digital virtual environment is going to be clearer than filming the real world, with real lighting, and real elements such as dust, haze, fog, ultra-violet light, etc. There is also complete control over the color balance, texture, focus, and contrast of each individual object in an animation. Can't really compete with that.

And I haven't seen the movie yet, and am not ashamed.

Also, what you see on a DVD (with 3D animation) is directly from the rendered source file. There's no film involved.

My girl and I had not been together in a long time and we just started making out a little during the coming attractions and the next thing we knew, the movie was over.

You're BANNED!

You'll have to get your produce some other place!

I just released I saw the movie in Manhattan Beach a short walk from Fry's. Weird huh?

I'll make you a deal Jimmy:

You give me your address and I send you Bee Movie, an official one (the $12.99 version, not the other one).

If you accept it, you have to write either a 10,000 word report on it or "I will never miss and not buy the DVD of any Jerry Seinfeld movie ever again" 10,000 times.

No, no, that can happen. I've, er, I've read about that in consumer electronics journals. It's a freak thing, but...

That is, I just realized I saw it about 100 yards from where I bought it.

My brain is really not working today.

Blu-ray is the biggest scam perpetrated on the American public since one hour Martinizing.
