83 home games? Hmmm... I wonder if that was written into the script intentionally or if that was just an oversight.
Anyone who follows major league baseball knows the regular season has 162 games- half at home and half on the road. |

he just says 83 games on cable... that doesnt necessarily mean just home games, back then there was a lot of home and road games broadcast on cable and split with network TV |

//not to mention that blackout rules often mean that road games might well have been the largest share of those televised. Now THAT's important - at least to anyone living in an MLB market!
