being english and having not visited NYC, i need to know, is it possible to get from queens to JFK in 15 minutes?

Of course, JFK is IN Queens. What they are referring to is a trip from Manhattan to JFK. Depending upon where one begins the journey, but let's assume we begin in the area of "Monk's" (Broadway and 112th). I wouldn't want to try making it in 15 minutes, regardless of the traffic level on the Van Wyk!!

Driving anywhere in Manhattan in 15 minutes pretty much impossible and the Van Wyck is almost always tied up. That's what makes it funny.
It's like squinting your way from Wortsboro all the way down to the Tappan Zee bridge and spotting racoons along the way.
