The four main characters have been arrested (or detained) quite a few times. I was just trying to think of all the times.

Jerry:
solicitation (after paying off the call girl in his apartment)

public urination (in the parking garage)

failing to offer assistance (in the final episode)

Krammer:

pimping (while wearing the "dreamcoat" at the car lot)

serial murder (while in California)

failing to offer assistance (in the final episode)

attempted child abduction (But I'm the babysitter!)

George:

public urination (in the parking garage)

movie bootlegging

shoplifting cold medicine

failing to offer assistance (in the final episode)

Elaine:

failing to offer assistance (in the final episode)

Am I missing any?

I just saw another episode where Jerry gets arrested for solicitation of prostitution again! It's when he's trying to pay his maid/girlfriend on the street and a cop pulls up behind him.

As far as the police line-up, he does nudge his head to tip off the witness, but in another scene I think it's a homeless guy that fingers him as the suspect because he had a grudge against Kramer. I think Kramer threw a quarter in the guy's cup of coffee and later gave him some food, but demanded the tupperware back later. Am I remembering this right?

Yeah that's Rusty the guy who stole the rickshaw.
Kramer also gets arrested for terrorizing Joey Sambino unintentionally because his jeans are too tight which make him walk like Frankenstein. The detective interrogates him the same way Mickie does in "Flesh Wounds in Ithaca"

Lets not forget The Junk Mail. Though not arrested, Kramer is brought in and 'scared' by the Post Master General. (You said a mailman I know, and YOUR A MAIL MAN I KNOW!)

And, Im not sure if it's the same episode or not, my mind is drawing a blank, but lest we forget the Timeless Art of Seduction? When Jerry is brought in for mail fraud, and Newman gets George's seductive picture of himself. (Your a lover boy, your a lover boy!- Kramer sining while taking Georges picture)

I could never figure out why in The Voice Read the script of The Voice Download the full epiosde video of The Voice Discuss The Voice , Kramer's personal assistant Darren gets arrested for dumping the ball of oil out the window but Kramer doesn't. At the end of the episode Kramer says something like "that Darren has been put away for a long time". I mean Kramer conjured up and participated in the whole scheme. Confused

Ah yes but, remember, Kramer's life is like a fantasy camp. In addition to never working, mooching food off his friends, falling ass-backwards into money, and having sex without dating, Kramer avoids prosecution while being the guilty party! Laughing

I forgot about Kramer getting busted for stealing the lobsters from the trap in "The Hamptons". I seem to remember him picking up trash on the side of the road as a punishment.

Of course there's Tobias Lehigh Nagy, who gets arrested and thrown in the back of the cop car with Jerry and George.
