A very rare form of the basic "wedgie" (see Wedgie)whereby the perpetrator extricates the waistband of the victims underwear to a point somewhere around the victims head. In extremely rare cases the elastic waistband may break off.

I really love wedgies, my friend gave me a spinning one and after he hung me in a hook right over a puddle of mud. I eventually fell in the mud after an hour and a half. They gave y best friend a flagpole wedgie, and my other friend a gift wrap wedgie, where you put both sides of the under where over your head and put a safety pin ontop so it wont come undone. LOVE 'EM

yeah, once i was with my friend, we were fence hoping and my underwear caught on it. i was dangling while he laughed. plus the year before i wet myself, imagine what he did then!
