Jerry, Kramer and Newman's accountant, seen in "The Sniffing Accountant". Jerry and Kramer suspect his sniffing is evidence of drug use, but eventually find out Barry is simply allergic to a sweater of Jerry's. Then in true Seinfeld fashion, Barry turns out to be a drug user in the end anyway and the trio lose all their money.
