I only became aware of Seinfeld around 3 years ago (living in England it was on at irregular times). Only when it was bought by Paramount Comedy did I get to see virtually all 180 episodes - I am totally hooked on it, and will definately buy a DVD set when available.
Being English I often hear comments on the popular subject of how stupid Americans are, and how their news & movies are dumbed-down so they can cope with them.. Well, some comedy shows prove the opposite - Seinfeld, Frasier, The Simpsons. All take an inward look at life, all are intelligently written, and all are far better comedies than are produced anywhere else. I cannot praise Seinfeld highly enough.
