The non-threatening warden of a female prison. George donates money from Susan's Fund to this jail. He asks the warden where the "yard" and where the "hole" is. "Ever put anyone in the box?" She responds, "No, Mr. Costanza, this is a minimum security facility. George - "Thanks, warden." wishing her to be a heavy... "Betsy" she replies in a meekish way. Genius tone and timing.
