Star of "Rochelle, Rochelle" the musical. Jerry is dating her understudy, who has no hope of taking the lead from such a star. In a softball game between Jerry's Improv team and the musical's production team, George tries to score on Jerry's hit, and injures Bette in a play at the plate. Kramer is a huge Bette fan, and rushes to her aid (with a pineapple Italian ice). Kramer and the whole city suspects Jerry, George, and the understudy of foul play, a la Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan.
