Carlo Costanza was Frank's long lost cousin who he saw in a picture of Tuscany that the Maestro had. This was in the episode where Frank turns George's old room into a billiards room. At that end of that episode, Frank travels to Tuscany and meets Carlo (also played by Jerry Stiller).
