what's with this guy who runs the site?
everything was removed (torrents, scripts, sounds) just because someone threatened him.
you shold have inquired a little with a lawyer or somebody. they can't have a thing on you.
you can post the scripts freely because of the first amendment.
torrents too aren't illegal (in most of the countries anyway) because you don't host the files on your server.
and btw you always have an option to host these files on some foreign free server, and u.s. lawyers can't do sh*t about it.

GG, if you are willing to fund my legal defense against Sony Pictures Television, I'll consider putting that stuff back up.

Stan, there are a couple of other sites that still have the scripts up. Are they paying a fee?

First, Stan I want to thank you for running this great site. Last year I downloaded all the episodes and scripts from here, and I somehow feel sorry for other people who can't do it anymore.
Would it be legal to just post links to other sites with torrents and scripts?
Like I said, in most European countries torrents are perfectly legal no matter what copyrighted material they contain, unless you keep the copyrighted material directly on your server (because torrent files are stored on users machines and tracker/server is not responsible for torrent's content).
So maybe you should consider moving the site to a server in another country and separating profit-making part of the site from the copyright-troubled part.

I.E. - torrent portal thepiratebay.org which is located in Sweden recently was targeted by MPAA and swedish police even raided their server and shut down the site temporarily, but they were soon free to continue their work since according to EU laws no charges could be made.
