Everyone is talking High-Quality rips, so can you give me some specifications what actually are these HQ-episodes (size & format).
I have HQ-episodes 210MB in mpg (3/CD) and I think that quality of these are the best of them all, but I got these about 1-2years ago, so is there now any better quality rips out there? Cool

anyone knows about HDTV rips (real ones, 1920 x 1080, native HDTV 1080i) and broadcasting seinfeld in HDTV?
well, it would maybe need some digital restoring and ofcourse it wouldn't be 16:9 but those episodes would be much better quality than actual episodes in upcoming dvd Cool Cool

You want be able to get that kind of quality until the official DVD boxed set is released, sometime later this year.

I am looking to pick up all the episodes though on CD, I think yours are about the same or better quality than what I have, maybe I could pay you to burn copies of your set? E-mail me at yanguboris@hotmail.com would be some easy cash for yourself and make me very happy Smile

Old as hell post i know, but Seinfeld was shot on video so any HDTV versions will be upsampled. I know they're using Hidef masters for the DVDs, but you won't notice the difference like you would stuff being shot on HDCam now.

All I know is season 5 and 6 in the high def are terrible for being qualified for high quality.
