Ok, I need your theories here.

At the end (beginning) of The Betrayal, we see that Kramer is haunted by the idea that he may end up "dropping dead" because of FDR's wish. He convinces FDR (Franklin Delano Romanowski) to pull a wishbone, if FDR wins - Kramer drops dead - if Kramer wins, he gets 100% anti-drop-dead protection, forever.

As we all know, Kramer loses the wishbone (getting the short end).

We know that after this scene, Kramer gets pelted in the face with a snowball by FDR. But, we are never told if that snowball guarantees Kramer 100% anti-drop-dead protection. What do you guys think?

Obviously...this is a silly question, but what do you guys think?

KRAMER: Alright, FDR.. This wish is for all the marbles. You win, you get your wish - I drop dead. I win, I don't drop dead, and I get one-hundred percent anti-drop-dead protection. Forever.
FDR: Alright.
(They each pull, it breaks. FDR won)
KRAMER: Oh, man! Well, then, come on. There's got to be something that'll change your mind, FDR. Something.." (FDR lifts up a cooler, and puts it on the table)

I guess the snowball "changed his mind" about the dropping dead.

of course, why would Kramer agree to that if he was still going to drop dead? It makes no sense otherwise.

Pretty sure a snowball to the face voids a the drop-dead curse. However Kramer was not relinquished from the angry woman in the wheelchair with no brakes who also told him to drop dead.
