How do i download (for free that is) seinfeld seasons 1-9?

You know what ...I dont do it. I just have TVIO tape it 6 times a day. What I do know is it has to do with is seeding something and ftp severs... This is from what I've read about. I saw a Seinfeld Forum that said "Seinfeld Videos". Looks like they swap there.
