Download problems season 5

Hi, I'm downloading season 5 (HR) (one file of 5G) i'm in 99.69% for the last week, I'm downloading with 5-20KBS (at least that what it shows), and I do not have a progress even of one byte. Can anyone help? I'm using Sheraza to download the bitorant file.
