I am trying to downloading episodes and it takes about 11 hours for each one. Is this normal. I do have high speed access. Any suggestions.

The videos server can get quite slow at times with many people downloading videos at the same time. Downloading MarketScore can help somewhat, sometimes doubling the speed.
