Doctor specializing in treating back injuries. He was visited by Morty Seinfeld in "The Wallet" as the good doctor accepted Morty as a patient as a special personal favor to Uncle Leo. During the course of Morty's visit, he claimed his wallet was stolen while he was getting X-rayed.
