Hey pal, I'm 18 and have been frequenting Seinfeld forums since exactly 13 years of age. For all I know I could be typing to a 2000 version of myself circa 2005. I'm being totally realistic.
Although I definitely knew what a clit was at 13, don't get me wrong.
Now I don't think there are many people that actually pronounce clitoris cli·tor·is, it's just the way you would say it if you sound it out.
So to answer your question, clitoris and Delores don't rhyme, but the sounded out version of clitoris and Delores do.

Just as the Japanese pronounce Hiroshima as "hir-OSH-ima" instead of the americanized Hiro-SHE-ma.... physicians (and us other educated people) pronounce clitoris as "cli-TOR-is."
