I find it really sour that 2 of the actors are declining.
Its funny how we look upon these people in the show as classic comedians who bring us so much joy and laughter. Yet in reality they are just money hungry people like the rest of em! i mean, its not like they arnt millionaires anyway!
They should forget the money and just do it for the love of the show, its a pure classic.
This show has brought so much laughter into my life. Those 4 actors combined are absolute hallarious. If i had a DVD set of all the series i would treasure it for life!

Actors are employees. They are hired on a temporary basis to perform the highly specialized task of acting, and for it they are paid well. Very well infact.
Actors don't get paid royalties because they aren't creators, producers, or owners. The camera people aren't bitching because they don't get a piece of the royalties. Neither are the water cooler people, the set designers, the makeup artists, or any one else. The only reason that the actors are in a position to request money, is because we need them. They have us over a log, and we have to take it. That doesn't mean that they deserve royalties any more than the people who designed the set.
This isn't to say that they shouldn't be pait for the filming of the interviews. Just because they aren't entitled to royalties doesn't mean they shouldn't be paid for their time. They wer paid a shit load of money per episode because the show rakes it in, and they should be paid a shit load of money to do the interview because the DVD is going to rake it in.
Pay them their recording fee, get the interview, and release the DVD. |

Jerry should stand up for his co-workers and against CastleRock. Either way- Please don't skimp on the OUTTAKES- we've been short-changed there big time! OUTTAKES OUTTAKES OUTTAKES |

the show had a formula, delete any of the characters and the show just would'nt be the same. I think that also applies to the DVD if the main 4 characters don't commen't or particiapte in the DVD, it would be horrific |

Actually, and this may have been said before, the big problem the cast had was that Castlerock and everyone else wanted them to contribute new interviews and not pay them for them basically, which would hardly have been fair at all. |

I do not blame the actors for not participating in the DVD's. They are absolutely in the right. It should be the companies that fork over the money to the actors to appear on the DVD.
The companies should stop the geediness and do it for the love of the show. |

I think Jerry Seinfeld is a greedy bastard. Even though Dreyfus, Richards, and Alexander didn't create the show, I think it wouldn't have been the same without them. Jerry should help them get more money...he's already a freaking BILLIONAIRE!!! |

I really don't think it's all up to Jerry as to who gets money off of it. He's not sole owner of the show, so maybe you shouldn't be blaming him. There's not a whole lot he can do about that besides suggest they get paid. That's jus0t my opinion though. |
