hi there is a guy selling this 23 disk set on ebay (item no 3367536061) but unlike all of your other more troublesome sellers this bloke has 598 positive feedback + the set has no bids and is going without reserve starting at £45 which is about $86

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news.cfm
That website says that the first season may be released late 2k4, heres what it says:
Craig Crumpton sent us an email qith a quote from the November 14 issue of Entertainment Weekly:
"Exec producer Howard West claims that DVDs *are* in the works and should roll out by late next year. 'It takes time,' he explains about adding extras -- unseen footage, behind-the-scenes interviews -- to episodes filmed as long ago as 1990. 'We have to go backward to go forward.' But Columbia-TriStar, who will distribute, says it has no timetable for the release."

Look the guy at EBay is selling a Garbage 9 DVD set!!
9 DVD sets are Crappy and are not really DVD Quality. The only way a 9 DVD set looks clear is by taking a 90 old grandma and removing her glasses to watch each episode.
The 23 DVD set is Obviously 1000 times better, so there should be no topic or discussion about whether the 9 or 23 DVD set is better. Its black and white. Also $130 for a cheap 9 DVD set is a rip off. You can find a 23 DVD set for only a little more.
Don't get tricked like George into buying a Dumb painting from Jerry's early Girlfriend. |

Stan the Caddy:
Can you give me your thoughts on the tvshowondvd website from Craig Crumpton and do you have any Breaking news on when they will be released? Seinfeld not being on dvd is like not having bread or water for months at a time. Please Little Jerry...sell the dvd's |

jc, I have seen a few snippets like that one. The frequency of these bits of information seems to be increasing, though nothing official has been announced yet. This information supports my prediction of a 2004 release. I will revise that prediction to November 2004, just in time for the holiday shopping season.

They would make sooo much money off of Seinfeld DVDs..it's the greatest show ever, just release them already. The show went off the air 5 years ago...the have DVDs out of shows that are still running. They need to get on it. |

Thanks Stan the Caddy. I hope it does come out soon and just to know when it would be coming out would be fine so were not pondering it all the time. I'm addicted to the show...i download all of them on my Satellite but it's not the same as on a Dvd. Thanks for the info and if you have anymore please post. The wheels on the bus go round and round. Oh, Mr. Vandelay
When the dvd's come out officially it will be the most sold dvd's ever. There going to make so much cash because 7 out of 10 people will probably buy them. And they can practically charge what they want cause i know we'll all pay a pretty penny for them. Seinfeld is part of my life. I have to watch at least one episode a day. This is a great website Stan, keep up the good work! |

i know this is beyond the seinfeld universe of nothing....BUT, Jimmy holds grudges Kramer.
I bought a camera from DABS.com for a christmas present, tried the software the day i received it and it wasn't compatible with winXP (although no indication of the OS required on the website)so i tried to arrange a refund. "sorry you've opened it. We can't sell that again" But the software doesn't work on my machine i can't use it! "the software is the user's problem" no matter what i say or do in e-mails they will not offer me a refund or even an exchange.
And so i've resorted to bad-mouthing them everywhere i see fit.
GEORGE IS GETTING UPSET!!!

There are no such things as original DVD's of Seinfeld. Seinfeld has never been "Officially" made on DVD.
Some people have made sets and tried to sell them here, but they were DROPPED OFF this Forum because we do not like SPAM HERE. I won't say who... (mbarrows). |

True. It's okay to discuss and exchange experiences with sellers of these homemade sets - but please don't post URLs. Also, sellers posting messages trying to sell these sets (or anything else for that matter) will be banned and those messages will be deleted. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi,
I am a huge seinfeld fan, the show rocks as you all know. Anyway i was wondering if anyone had purchased DVD's from the b3computer people? Do they deliver or is it another scam like Tvshowsdirect.com. I know they are not legit, but i dont mind for the time being, well until they are officially released anyway.
Any feedback would be really good if anyone has any experience with these people.
Keep up the good work Stan, great site mate!
Thanks. Pennypacker. |

I just saw people selling the series of seinfeld on DVD (not vcd) on ebay. It's going for like a 120 bucks or so. What's up with that? I don't see it in any stores or anything.
