just saw this episode yesterday. i absolutely love when Joe Davola asks kramer if he's scalping tickets, to which kramer replies "what, are you a cop?". great line.
and i think George at that point was just happy unloading the ticket, so he took what ever he got from Harry Fong and was happy that he wasn't going to have to be uncomfortable for the rest of the night.
