It does sound like a parody. But if I were betting, I'd bet against it.

In the immediately preceding scene, with Jerry at the elevator, the Notes About Nothing cite two sources for Jerry's lines: "If we pick, do we not bleed" parodies The Merchant of Venice ("If you prick us do we not bleed?") and "I am not an animal!" comes from the movie version of The Elephant Man. The Notes About Nothing don't say anything about the nipple-on-your-soul line.
