In the episode, "the Opposite" has anyone noticed that the wins/losses that Jerry's friends mention after the poker game, do not equal out to zero?? Can't the writers do simple arithmetic??

Maybe they can do math, but following a poker game is just way, way to painfully boring to pay any attention to.

In fact, Jimmy hates anybody who ever had a poker game when they were growing up (or now).

Bookman hates anybody who watches other people play poker on TV. Nobody should have that much time on his/her hands.

When Jimmy tells a woman he meets that he doesn't play games, they really don't understand at first. Jimmy means he doesn't "play games" ...from tic-tac-toe, to board games, to cards, quizes, contests, to sports of any kind.

But Jimmy's fine with lying to each another and keeping each other guessing about what the other wants out of a relationship. At least there's a sane reason for that.
