Yes, he has a brother that, as far as I know, was never seen, and only mentioned once.

I have removed this submission from the characters section because it goes against guideline number 3: 3) Only characters with known names are eligible. The name of the character must be mentioned or seen on screen. You are right, he does mention that he has brother at one point - but it was probably just an error in the writing of the script for that episode...
