George quitting a job

Greetings. Does anyone out there remember a Seinfeld episode where George quits his job and later tells Jerry (or maybe someone else) how walking into his boss's office felt much better than walking out? I have a distinct memory of this happening, but cannot remember or find through research which episode this is. I don't remember many more details, but I have a feeling this was before he worked for the Yankees. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
