Yeah right, the nonfat yogurt... that's not even an episode. Don't listen to the anonymous poster.

I got this one Ramon-

That episode was "The Grease Monkey" George gets a job with Puddy because he stole his move- George stopped short. Jerry brings his car in and George breaks it causing Puddy to have to give the move to Jerry (only in New York and the tri-state area). While fighting with Puddy, Elaine accidentally pushes George onto a tire iron (one in a million shot, doc) and Kramer races him to the hospital and in route stops short with George because he thinks George has nice cans!! Hilarious! When he stops short George smashes his elbow into Kramers groin hence the twitch.

Matt, don't be fooled by these grease monkeys. It was The Non-Fat Yogurt episode.

Yep, the Non-Fat Yogurt. Lloyd Braun, in his first appearance, is played by a different character, and George tells Jerry that Lloyd "thinks he's so cool". When they hear Lloyd say "There're some major chicks in here!" George elbows Jerry knowingly. When Lloyd notices the elbow George makes up a fake twitching problem to mask what he did.
