Does anyone know in which episode Jerry says "Hello" with a high English voice. I think it's him. Thanks

You may be talking about The Voice although I'm not sure that he's using an English accent so it may be another episode. In this episode, Jerry, George and Kramer are saying "Hello" as they are making fun of Jerry's girlfriend's bellybutton.
