Help! What episode is this scene from?

Hello,
I can’t find this clip anywhere online but I can see it clearly in my head.

The scene is Jerry discussing the correct way to order the bill (or check). Specifically he argues that you do not mouth “check” and do the hand signal when ordering the check, you can only do one or the other.

Is this a scene from Seinfeld or am I mad? If it is, please let me know which episode the scene takes place in?
