Jerry introduces a program that shows highlights from the first 99 episodes of a "show about nothing."

b: 02-Feb-95 pc: 623 w: Peter Mehlman d: Andy Ackerman

NOTE: To make my episode count agree with the number that Jerry cited on The Tonight Show in the spring of 1997, I have now included this special in the numbering of the guide and also split it into two parts.

I'm trying to get the whole set of episodes, and I just wanted to confirm that the Highlights of a Hundred parts 1 and 2 are actually the same episode.. all I can ever seem to find is the same episode (with the opening where Jerry forgets Elaine's name, then goes to them discussing superman's sense of humour).
Sometimes the show is labelled as part 1, sometimes as part 2, sometimes as parts 1 & 2, but is always only 21 min 29 sec long.
Does this episode count as both part 1 and 2, episode 100 and 101?

thanks

I'm wondering the same thing. I have all 180 episodes if in fact this show counts as 2 episodes

Higlights of a Hundred was an hour long show. It was split into two episodes for syndication. Therefore, Part 1 and 2 ARE different episodes. I've been trying like hell to find part 1. Like you said g-man, there are a lot of files claiming to be part 1 AND part 2 but they always end up being that same 21:29 length 67,752 KB size file, which is part 2. If anyone knows where I can find this episode, PLEASE let me know; it's the only episode I need now.

Actually, I have this episode on VHS. It was store bought too, because it is labeled "Best of Seinfeld 100th Episode"
It's great.

i had the same problem for weeks. the episode where Jerry begins with, "Oh, hi, I didn't think you'd be back so soon," is Part 2, the one i had, and the one that people for some reason kept disguising as part 1... the real part 1 is available if you make a dedicated search effort... i use kazaa, and it took a long time, but eventually i found a legitimate copy of episode 1.

The out takes are side-splitting. Hope these and more are on the DVD's.

I finally found it, it took a long time to download though because only one or two people had it.

I still haven't located the real 100th part 1 episode. Can anyone tell me what the file size should be? I've found two files called part 1 (45388Kb and 67752Kb) which are actually part 2.
I do know that the real first episode starts with Jerry, saying "Oh, Hi. A hundred episodes, that's a lot."

Thank you. I thought I was nuts, having the same problem. I may have the part 1 but not part 2. I'll doublecheck.

Laughing I think you might be thinking of the clip show from the final season. That was the one that had Michael Jackson's tune in it. The instrumental tune in that episode was the theme from Superman. Laughing

I am having the same problem too, I always find Part 2 but never Part 1. Some say Part 1 is Part 2, others say Part 1 AND Part 2. But I can never find a true Part 1.

I know you've been discussing this, but I can't get the first part of this episode. I'd really appreciate it if someone would email me where I could get it at. I've been searching Kazaa and no luck yet.

I assume that all you people have by now purchased the box set DVDs, and the 4,000 years of wandering in the desert have ceased.
