How do I seed?

I would like to help and I am sure there is a page that tells me how to do it, but I can't find it. Could some one point me in the right direction so that I can begin seeding episodes.

As mentioned a few days ago:
Seeding is just like doing a download. You just point bittorrent to the folder you have already completely downloaded as if resuming. It will say "checking files", then "Download succeeded!". That's it! You will be seeding downloads for as long as the window is open.

Seeeding has the potential to start an exponential growth process that benefits a lot of people for a long time. You'll notice if you look at the tracker page that most episodes sets either have many seeds or none at all. That's because even a single seed will help others to complete, and if their windows stay open they become seeds themselves, so others complete even faster, etc., so the whole process builds on itself!

Ok, I'll be the idiot here. Where is the tracking page that you mention. I am curious how to tell what is seeded and what isn't. Thanks! Very Happy

The main tracking page is here:

I've noticed that for some reason my browser will sometimes time out when trying to access this or any of the tracker sub-pages, this might be related to the timeouts we get when downloading/uploading.
Anyway, just do a page refresh in the browser and it does eventually come up Smile

just use Bit Tornado and once you're connected you will find all the info about the status of that tracker under the Advanced button.
