In "The Fix-Up" we see George and Jerry arriving late at a restaurant table, George says "we got hung up in traffic" while Jerry is walking funny. Elaine: "What happened to you?", and Jerry replies "Oh, nothing. Just acting". Anyone else think that was a reference to the "hung" remark? Or did I watch Blazing Saddles once too often.

Would have to see Blazing Saddles again (for the hundredth time) to form an opinion. Don't remember the scene that well, but you could be on to something Bella.

Not a particular scene in Blazing Saddles really, just a movie with a lot of hung jokes.

- "I thought you were dead, Bart! They said you were hung!"
- Black sheriff: "And they was right!"

- "Is it true that you black people are... gifted?"
- Oh it's true.... it's true!........ it's true!!!

Okay, well in that case, you have watched it once too often.

Alright, so Jerry isn't "hung". I'll take your word for it.

You seem to be strangely well informed though, Jimmy...

Have been thinking about it more and more, and you may be right about the "hung/limping" spoof. Jimmy watched it again, and Jerry's limping must have at least some kind of link to what George says about being "hung" up in traffic.

Good work Bella... Jimmy's money is on your theory. Cool
