Which episode is it where Jerry tells (I believe Elaine) to essentially shut up because his interest in the discussion/conversation is inversely proportional to its length?

You may be talking about "The Blood." Season 9.

Elaine is going on about "a certain someone changed her mind about a certain other someone babysitting." Jerry asks whether the conversation has anything to do with him. When Elain responds, "No.", Jerry states: "Well then I've lost interest."

I think that quote is from Sports Night, though it might be from The West Wing. I can't place the episode but I'm sure it's Sorkin dialog.
