I thought my head was going to explode when I saw all these high quality Seinfeld episodes... I've been downloading them and I noticed that TONS of law enforcement/gov't IP addresses are being blocked by PeerGuardian. I'm wondering if they're looking to bust people for this or if they just want to watch Seinfeld...
Should I be concerned?
