The bank teller who didn't say "hello" to Kramer. The bank promised a hello to all customers or else the customer was to be given $100. Of course Kramer wanted the $100 but finally ended up with $20.

Manager: Jim , a man here says he came in the other day , you didn't say hello?
Jim: No ,No that's not true, I said Hey! you know like a friendly greeting, Hey!
Kramer: But that's not Hello.
Manager: That's a tough one.

Manager: Well , we've discussed this, here's the feeling. You got a greeting that starts with an H. How's twenty bucks sound?
Kramer: I'll take it.
