This is also the episode wherein Kramer gives George's in-laws-to-be a Hansom Cab ride, which ends prematurely due to Rusty's passing of gas (Kramer fed the horse too much Beefarino).
While esocrting an earlier costumer, Kramer points out a Manhattan landmark (which I can't remember) and states it was "invented by Joe Pepitone, in 1850, so the Northern Army could practice fighting on grass."
Despite what you may have heard Joe Pepitone wasn't that great a first baseman. Besides, he ruined a promising career by partying too much. My disgust with Manny got him exiled to La-La-Land. Can you imagaine what would have happened between Pepe and I?
Anyway, his hair wasn't real... It was phony. JUST LIKE JERRY!
