Hi Joes. I have an answer for you on why and how the name Joseph Puglia was selected. A former student of my Uncle Joe Puglia worked on Seinfeld and told my Uncle he was going to honor him and get his name said by Jerry on an episode. Sure enough it happened.

Stevan, that makes good sense, that you, because when I heard the name on Seinfeld years back I thought what the plwpslqp. Who is named Joseph Puglia? I am and I have not encountered any one else in my 55 years, other than MY uncle for whom I was named. Long time dead of course. How all you Puglia's feel fre to email me.
