It was designed in 1850 by Joe Peppitone... built during the Civil War so the mudders could practice on...on grass. Yeah, they like that stuff...

OTB... I knew it! If Kramer and Elaine had actually gone to the track I'm sure there would have been a clip of the marquee- like there was of Yankee Stadium, Giants Stadium and MSG. Hmmm, also of Flushing Meadows Park when George went to the US Open?
