obviously you don't watch Seinfeld if you don't know who kramer is! And if you don't watch seinfeld, why are you here?
Kramer is definitely insane on the membrane

Michael Richards Personality and Character belongs with a show like Seinfeld. I dont think there are many shows that require a character like michael Richards to cast in. I think seinfeld was a perfect show to have michael richards take the role of cosmo kramer. i think michael is the best physical comedian i have ever seen on television. he has a good reputation with Seinfeld, and it would, and should remain that way.some of my favourite seinfeld episodes include: "Bizarro Jerry" "The Hot tub" "The Cheque" "The nose job" (just to name a few)...
