Kramer roof jumping episode...?!

i was watching the chronicles last night, and there was this one clip i wasn't familiar with. It showed Kramer jumping from a higher rooftop to a lower rooftop. What episode is this? I may just be having a brain block

It's from The Cadillac (Part 2) when the cable guy is chasing Kramer on the rooftops.
