What episode would you think was the first in which Kramer did his first crazy-door-opening act?

According to his interview on E!, he was off doing something backstage and was late for his cue (think he said first episode, but not sure), and his barreling through the door was so effective, that he kept doing it.

They must have powdered the floor for some of his sliding in escapades. Over the episodes, it really set up well the scene where Kramer is floored by the door when attempting to steam in after Jerry had locked the door in fear of Crazy Joe! Smile

WHAT? You're lockin' the door now?

I heard that too somewhere. He had to hurry in, and it was funny, so it became something he always did.

Thinking of that time when the door was locked, I'm sitting at the computer laughing out loud at that. Laughing Laughing Very Happy
