Could someone please tell me which episode it is that Kramer tells Jerry that he is going to build different levels in his apartment and Jerry bets him that he can't and won't do this.

A friend of mine actually did the levels in his dorm room. He kept it up for a whole year and it was incredible.

Yeah...

well, the room had pretty high ceilings, so he did it for space management. First of all he had everything on paper, all the dimensions figured out and all. Then he built everything with wood and carpeted it. I know he had some experience in carpentry. What it ended up looking was like bunch of 'caves', with tons of storage compartmens, plus extra opened compartments for his lizard cages. The middle level was the couch-tv area. I wish I had pictures, but it was absolutely amazing.

Thats as much as i can remember.
