I'm trying to figure out how many times Larry David (or his voice) have been in an episode. Here's what I got so far:
1) Obviously George Steinbrenner
2) Kosher meal on the plane
3) Old man at table in Chineese resturant
4) When Kramer gets arrested
5) The voice of the Jerry's car thief
6) Flaming Globes of Sigmond guy

I know there are plenty more I just can't think of right now...any help?

The man in the cape

The guy who refuses to accept dollar bills with lipstick on the president

In the Finale, he shouts "You suck, i'm gonna cut you!"

In the Pen he shouts "I'd rather have a bottle of scotch!"

He yells "What do you say, Cosmo!"

His voice asks Elaine "Hey NIP, you done with those papers."

He's the voice of Newman in the Suicide

I think Larry is the guy who announces Jerry to his standup, "Ladies and gentlemen please welcome Jerry Seinfeld!" right before George yells "He's got a gun!"

That's a lot of gum

He is a newspaper stand/store guy somewhere in season 2 or 3. I can't remember the context, however.

Also, yes, I am positive he is the voice of the stand up announcer.

In Season 4's 'The Pilot'. Larry David is on the Greenpeace boat with the NBC president (as is writer Larry Charles)

Did anyone mention he was Frank Costanza's lawyer wearing the cape.

His voice was also used to tell Kramer the toilets were for customer's only in ? Was it The Pitch ?

He was also the guy on TV yelling about aliens coming in the episode where JErry couldn't read the joke he wrote and George visted Tor the natural healer.

If I am correct he was also sometimes the body double for Steinbrenner.
