I think the back of Steinbrenner's head is a stand-in actor. However, the voice is that of Larry David.
Larry David also appeared in:
- gives change to George at the end of the episode where Kramer is helping to run a historical theater with Mr. Haharwood.
- is a character on TV in the episode where George is getting holistic medicine treatment.
- is the original Newman (voice-over only) where Newman was threatening to jump off the top of Jerry's building. Apparently, Wayne Knight (Newman) re-voiced-over for syndication runs to maintain continuity. |

Voice over in the Chinese Restaurant, saying "What did she say?" while Elaine is mulling eating someone else's Egg Roll. Also voice over on the plane when Elaine is stuck in the middle while Jerry sits in first class ("I ordered the Kosher Meal!") Also on the Greenpeace boat (The Pilot) when NBC exec Dalrymple falls in the water. Also gave change to George when the latter was dressed as King Henry. |

The first guy I ever heard say, "Nip it in the bud," was Barney Fife. |

He also yells out something like "comeout guys so we can get these lights right" in the episode that Kramer and Micky are stand in actors for a show within the episode |
