Kramer: Alright, listen to me; I have a great idea. You are a heavy sleeper, right? Why don't we just switch appartments?

Jerry: Or I could sleep in the park. We could knock these walls down and make it an eight room luxury sweet.

K: Jerry, THESE ARE LOAD BEARING WALLS! THEY'RE NOT GOING TO COME DOWN!

J: Yeah, that's no good.

Yea you just got to love when Jerry is being sarcastic and Kramer answers him like it was a serious question. One of the best comedies of all time, I could watch every episode ever made and not get bored.
