Hi Everyone,

Another bit of trivia I picked up from the WWW.IMDB.COM website ...

Michael Richards is a FreeMason?

I guess we just call them Masons here, right?

It says he is a 33rd degree Scottish Rite FreeMason ...

Does anyone know anything about this?

Would he have to be Scottish to be in that organization?

Also, it said he was in the Army in West Germany for two years during Vietnam.

I know you don't have to be Scottish to be a Maoson...that's about all I know.

Does it say anything on that website about standing in a pool of a FreeMason's urine?

I wish these guys had to wear nametags, idenifying themselves as FreeMasons. You get a few of these nametagged FreeMasons walking around, suddenly I'm looking a lot better. That way, if somebody wanted to fix me up they could say, "At least he's no FreeMason."

Masons are many times those guys with funny hats thay ride little motor bikes in parades and shit. They are pretty common, they're mission is to serve the world better, you just have to attend a few ceremonies to get inducted. Many times it is a family tradition to become a Mason. There are several types of Masons, they also help fund hospitals all over North America.

The guys with the "funny" hats (called a fez) are most all the times Shriners. Masons are an entirely different group.

I am a 32° Scottish Rite Mason. The Scottish Rite is an appendant body to the regular (Blue)lodge. Nothing evil, no conspiracies, only funny hats and aprons.

32 degree? Isn't that freezing?

BTW, if I may so bold as to ask, what lead you to this particular thread, Meeks?

You know what you are? You're an Anti-Masonite!

Next thing you know, you'll be saying they should have their handshake!

Oh, you're a rabid Anti-Masonite!!

I knew a guy who was just a hanger-on with the Masons. He was a periMason.

Speaking of leftover concrete, here's an old masonry joke for ya, Jimmy...

"She was a bricklayer's daughter but they took her for granite."

Hey, I'm here till Friday! Please try the veal. And don't forget to tip your server...
